why i am charge as per the old flexi plan when tower size is increased

Q: I have invested in EKdant FNg in 2bhk 995sqft in tower B, here my question is why you people were not fare at the time of selling flats.
You sell it saying it is 14 th floor tower and now you are planning to construct it till 24th floor also asking for the payment as per the old flexi plan that is for 14th floor so if tower sze is changed then why my payment plan was not changed as per the changes size of the tower?

Hi Ajit & Tushar,
I think its unprofessional on behalf of the builders not to inform the existing allottees and even if you have had the permission from the authorities lately, that should not stop you information the consumers in advance and play fishy. Ajit's question is fair to the deal that 1st the initial allottees would not get allotment on time and 2nd, builder wud eventually adjust penalty for delayed handover by extending few % on the external sides. Eventually its the consumers who are going to suffer and pay frm the pockets additionally.

Hi Ajit,
I will say some thing on your post , sometime it happen when developer plan to builder project upto certain limit but authorities give half the way permission so @ that time builder start that project and after that if authorities give further approval then builder start working on its. but its builder responsibility to give clear idea and concept while explaining any project.
