Q: Hi All,
It's been 4 years now since I bought the plot during the sale we were told that there will be clubhouse and swimming pool etc, there is no sign of any developmen yet I am concerned with the deposit we made towards these amenitites, I am sure you all are. all plot owners should meet and discuss further action

Are there any houses built in pc paradise? or do we just have vacant plots?

Also I have no clue on what approvals would be needed to start construction work, so if any body local can throw some light on this please.
