Development of Phase 2
Q: I recently visited PCParadise site, there was some cleaning work undertaken by builders on the park and other amenities, although Main road going through the village is still under construction, Phase 2 work like road, drainage and site formation is in full swing the phase 2 comprises of nearly 300plots majority being 30x40 sites, I feel this is a good development as they have to show some development in terms of clubhouse and other facilities which has remained on papers.

Q: Hi All, It's been 4 years now since I bought the plot during the sale we were told that there will be clubhouse and swimming pool etc, there is no sign of any developmen yet I am concerned with the deposit we made towards these amenitites, I am sure you all are. all plot owners should meet and discuss further action
