Latest Answer: its a catch 22 situation, people won't start building unless they see some houses already built !!! but there are talks in this community to start building houses. There is no problem as such to start construction.

Did you meet the builder and heard from him when is he planning to complete the promised amenities? Since I am in USA for sometime, it is very hard to understand the ground realities there. Anybody planning to build the house in Phase-1/Phase-2?

Q:I recently visited PCParadise site, there was some cleaning work undertaken by builders on the park and other amenities, although Main road going through the village is still under construction, Phase 2 work like road, drainage and site formation is in full swing the phase 2 comprises of nearly 300plots majority being 30x40 sites, I feel this is a good development as they have to show some development in terms of clubhouse and other facilities which has remained on papers.

It's been 4 years now since I bought the plot during the sale we were told that there will be clubhouse and swimming pool etc, there is no sign of any developmen yet I am concerned with the deposit we made towards these amenitites, I am sure you all are. all plot owners should meet and discuss further action
