Hi All,
Even i was really confused whether to go ahead with the property or not but now with the mail from Sanjeev i think there is no scope in going for this project. Incase if somebody has diff. opinion pl. do comment.

As per Aseem, IDEB has an irrevocable POA allowing them to go ahead with construction. However it is his "word". I would seriously like to see the POA and stress for it during the owners meeting. Now when will the owners meeting be held that itself is unknown. When is the construction going to start is also unknown as of now. As per Aseem they are regrouping to start the construction. Anyone know of status on electricity/plumbing and roads in this complex ?

This is Sanjeev Joshi. I would also like to join this forum. I have also invested in this project and am very concerned that this project is in real trouble as it is not going as expected.
Everyone please post as and when you get any info on the current status.

Hi Ashwin, have your tried to contact Banglore office and have you already registered the agreement/stamp duty? Please let me know what steps we should take or what steps you have taken? Which company did you mention is supposed to carry forward with the construction on the 26th of Jan? Please do advise at your earliest. Thank you for your help.
