Considering the price trends in Kondhwa and the rising property demand, the locality would prove to be a good investment area. There is an excellent appreciation of property rates, with a number of projects being developed here. Moreover, the area is one of the IT and ITeS hubs and industrial zones of Pune. Kondhwa is already an upcoming locality in Pune and the government is planning to develop it further and so, the scope of development of infrastructure facilities is also there. Considering all these factors Kondhwa is an excellent place for investment as well as Apartments for sale in Kondhwa in the days to come.

Kondhwa is one of the rapidly developing suburban areas of Pune. It is also home to many industries and IT Companies. The area has good civic amenities and is very well-connected to other parts of the Pune city. It is located in the southern side of Pune, which has the famous NIBM. It is close to Hadapsar, which is one of the major commercial zones of Pune and has three SEZs, namely, Phursungi IT Park, Magarpatta City and Amanora Park Town. Many prominent localities located close to Kondhwa are Undri, Mahadev Nagar, Laxmi Colony and Hadapsar. Some of the premier Residential projects in Kondhwa include Salarpuria Sattva HM Royal, The Vue, Anand The Inspira, and Capricorn Green Park.

Kondhwa has excellent connectivity to the Pune Railway Station (8 km), Pune Airport (19.9 km), Hinjewadi IT hub, Swargate bus stand, Kalyani Nagar, Hadapsar and Deccan Gymkhana which are eminent and important areas in the city. The civic amenities have also improved. The industrial growth and the growth of the IT sector have led to the development of retail and hospitality sectors in this area.

Apart from that, There are a few major roads which run through the area, namely, the Kondhwa Road, the Mumbai-Hyderabad Highway, the Solapur Road and NIBM Road. The area has extensive bus services with the Katraj Bus Stand and the Market Yard Bus Depot lying in close vicinity. The average property rates in the locality are Rs.5650 per sqft. while its neighboring locality Hadapsar is a little bit higher side in terms of residential property rate.
