Q: Can i expect good ROI after 5 years in Kondhwa, Pune?
Latest Answer: Considering the price trends in Kondhwa and the rising property demand, the locality would prove to be a good investment area. There is an excellent appreciation of property rates, with a number of projects being developed here. Moreover, the area is one of the IT and ITeS hubs and industrial zones of Pune. Kondhwa is already an upcoming locality in Pune and the government is planning to develop it further and so, the scope of development of infrastructure facilities is also there. Considering all these factors Kondhwa is an excellent place for investment as well as Apartments for sale in Kondhwa in the days to come.

Q: PRA is fraud, worst and biggest flop builder in Pune, he booked our flats and took money from Nov 2010 for East Avenue project in wagholi which he not yet started and now after 7 years he is asking all 200PLUS customers to cancel bookings. We all lost so many opportunities of investment from 2010. In future also please do not trust and invest with this builder.

His staff also don t have sense to talk to customers, everytime we went to ask timelines for project completion, they gave fix answer that they are going to start in next 2 to 3 months, which never happened.

Visit the project site, ask the residents who are living in the society, check whether there is any electricity and water issue, check the daily basic amenities from the society and connectivity to the other parts of the city.

Q: Search for a 2BHK flat at NIBM, Annexe
Latest Answer: If you are not very keen on Kondhwa only and open to suggestions for other areas, I would suggest you check Antheia in Pimpri. It is a good project and has all the modern amenities plus with a reputed name like Mahindra Lifespaces, there is a little scope of anything going wrong. They are offering 1,2, 2.5 & 3 BHK flats starting at just 50 lacs. I would say it would be a good option, as it is located in a well connected area with close proximity to social, education and business sectors. Do check the place once!

Latest Answer: HI, The project is being developed on total land area of 110 acres. The proposed project is located on Pune -Saswad road at a distance of 18 kms from Pune airport, 14kms from Pune railway station and 12kms from Hinjewadi area (IT hub). The entire project is to be completed in four phases, Phase I has been successfully completed and Phase II has been recently launched by the company. Thereafter, the remaining phases would be executed.

Q: The possession which was supposed to be in June 2012 was later delayed to Dec 2012 and since then it is being delayed. It seems like there are court cases going on now against builder.

Anyone who has a flat in Yashodhan, can you shed some light on this matter?
Latest Answer: West Andheri is largely a residential area. Andheri West is dotted with old houses of the Parsi community especially on the west side of the station. The road running parallel to the station is called Madhavdas Amarsey Road or MA Road. The new Link road connects Andheri West to the recently developed and fast growing areas stretching up to Borivali and beyond.
