Q: Should I buy a falt in casa bella ? Is it a low lying area? will it be a right decision ?

Yes even I have now heard that it is a low lying area. I wonder why they have stopped calling up for the money.

Maximum areas in mumbai are low lying areas that are usually flooded in monsoon season.I agree with the point that the area is low lying area but they have taken the precausion by lifting the level by 6 feet during plinth construction.This area was affected only in July 2005.And you will not disagree with me that 80% os the mumbai aws under water in July 2005.

See Sachin, it depends on so many factors. Critically if you see there is no place in Mumbai which doesn't get flooded after few hrs of rains be it bandra, colaba or anywhere.
