Lodha's extra demands that are not justified

Q: Total extra money that Lodha has asked till now is Rs. 100800 (Parking)+Rs. 27000 odd for MVAT + Rs. 87000 odd for Service Tax + Rs. 47000 towards upkeep of public amenities. This comes to around Rs. 261800 and we have 5300 odd flats in CBG. So Total extra money that lodha is earning is Rs. 139 Cr. I will not recommend anyone to invest in Lodha's property.

Ru 200% right lodha demanding extra money I am also having flat in CBG still suffering for possession , they only told big think but if u see bottom line nothing is there minimum 5lakh asking extra money

Hi Surya, if you are an apartment resident you can join the Owners Group and get in touch with the other owner and discuss about the matter.

Is the builder asking extra amount form all the flat owners? If yes all the flat owners should form a group and talk with the builder about the extra charges.

We have already paid development charges of Rs. 1.5 Lac odd. Not sure why lodha is asking for upkeep of public amenities. We have already paid this in the form of several Taxes. This extra demand is unjustified :(
