last time i visited the site.. the pillar in the basement were already ready.. the pace seams to be ok.. i believe next demand letter will come some where near October

Hi,
Yes, i had gone to the site today.Some work has started.Offic and sample flat is getting ready. I also discussed the details with prateek ppl. They said the excavation work will start by apr 1st week and the next demand is coming soon around apr15.Have you applied or applying for any loan ? I will be proceeding on this soon.

I have also booked a flat (D-703) in laurel.
It seems that the excavation has already started on the site.Have you seen that happening.
