Don't think of buy in in Prateek Laurel,Here are list of reasons - Worst Maintenance staff. - Already tiles are coming out and they are not ready to fix it say whole tile work has to be done. - Kitchen Gate is already coming out not been fixed for last 2 months - Finish is worst.Looks they have used refurnished gates - Sanitary items are of very low quality (Already paint has come out)

Well Wahi, As i know that it's an ongoing project but they have given possession of Phase-1 one year back and rest fo the possession will be provide till September to December'2014.
