Planning to buy a site

Q: I am planning to buy a site in Grandhill. I see that, all the sites are vacant as if today. SO could you please let me know whether anybody is planning to construct the house to stay.

Now Aishwarya Grand Hill Phase 3 is out for sale. It is in Survey No. 13, 01 Acre 07 Gunta, Mandur village. The marketing person is Sudakar. He has given copies of Sale Deed, Conversion order copy and EC. However he is dodging when asked for copies of Upto date tax paid receipt and Khata. He insists me to pay money first. Remaining documents will be provided later. He aslo assures that LIC loan will be arranged. Anybody please advice if you have any more information.

Hi , we have booked a plot end grand hill, however we are worried that thtere is absolutely no development. we Are yet to get agreement copy. Can anybody suggest on this please

Last week I've visited the site, I liked the location, but not sure whether to go for this or not as I don't see much development there. As of now, no one started building house. Please help if someone has any info about this property.
