Concorde Auriga is a RERA approved project and its RERA registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-190704-002647.
As far as local body is concerned, BBMP has approved it and all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it.

Concorde Auriga by Concorde Group is a recently launched project, situated in Old Madras Road, Bangalore. It offers 2 and 3 BHK residential apartments ranging from 833 - 1801 sq.ft. This project is spread across 5 acres of land parcel and consists 501 units. 2 BHK flats are available from 833 - 1163 sq.ft, and 3 BHK from 1311 - 1801 sq.ft (Super Built-up area). Its current asking rate is Rs 4299 per sq.ft. A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs 35.81 L - 49.99 L onward while for a 3 BHK, you have to pay Rs 56.35 L - 77.42 L onward. Stamp duty and registration charges extra.
