I am native of Shirwal. Usually I don't preferred this area but those who want mind peace area then he look for this area. Most of the land in Shirwal is agriculture land and need to be converted to R-zone for real estate development. Plot values in this area range between Rs 4,228Rs 6,543 per sq yard.

Hi Rajiv, As per my understanding I would like to suggest few localities which shows increasing capital appreciation with low budget... 1. Saswad road 2. Shirwal 3. Uruli kanchan This localities is not popular but for investment purpose, area is good prospect with respect to residential purpose.
Uruli kanchan is popular for a naturopathy ashram. Several multi-storey apartments and villa projects are being preferred as serviced apartments by the ashram visitors. Currently, the area faces an acute shortage of water which is creating an obstacle for the realty development, but we are expecting it to get sorted soon
