Can you suggest me some project whhere shhould i invest

Q: I am searching for 2Bhk Falt in Pune but my office is in Hinjewadi. So i want to settle at a place where all basic needs are available and after 5-6 years, it can be resaled.

If you are looking for an investment that will appreciate in the next 5-6 years then my advice would be to look at one of the upcoming suburbs of Pune. One suburb that immediately springs to mind is Pimpri Chinchwad. It is located very close to the IT and industrial hub and is just a 5 minute drive away from the Mumbai - Pune Expressway. I heard that Mahindra Lifespaces has a project called Antheia in that region. There are a lot of reputed builders choosing that area making it something worth looking in to.

Hi folks,
All the above mentioned localities are really good but quite costly and not for salaried and middle class people. I see good potential in Punawale area with respect to facilities as well as proximity to PCMC and also in responses this area definitely has potential for investment as well as buyers interested in making home here. It's nearness to the Hinjewadi IT Park cant be denied. The area is very close to Express Way shall hold its own significance when it comes to the growth in investment for owners. I would have to say that as of now there are very few facilities in the given area but then the projects have just started. The picture looks bright in the next 2-3 yrs. for families who propose to shift as well as for investors.

In terms of investment currently the best locality in Pune is Sus. Located strategically on Bangalore-Mumbai Highway, Sus places you in right in the midst of all the happening localities like Baner, Pashan, Aundh and Hinjewadi. All the IT Parks, commerce-zones, malls and multiplexes are based in based nearby of Sus. And above all the rates here are far lesser than other localities which makes it an excellent investment destination.

As per my knowledge, New Airport Road in Viman Nagar is identified as a potential location with an expected price appreciation of 63%, while Vishrantwadi is to witness a 55% growth appreciation. So, you can check out property in this area. These localities are good for both end use as well as for investment.

But at the same time, Wakad is closest localities to Hinjewadi IT hub and as per your basic needs . Being the entry point of Pune, Wakad has witnessed improvement in infrastructure and facilities which has attracted investors to the area. Since the rental demand here has always remain high, majority of the buyers here are those who are looking to earn extra monthly income through rent. You can easily get a 2BHK apartment of 700-900 sq-ft in Rs.50 lacs and rent expected- up to Rs 25000/month with 1-1.5 lacs with security deposit.
