Q: The above Flat is in my Wifes,Gopika name, and this is to find out if the Centrium Comminity is being updated on the delay of the Project.

Apartments are now completed and being handed over but huge interest amount has accuumulated during this long waiting period, we need to approach ETA to compensate us for this accumulated interest

any news on this , its now end of the year and they do not even send a an update from time to time, i have a unit in T-4. Any new updates from eta start

Hi
I have been speaking to ETA regarding the progress of the apartment and it is not going to be complete in the near future. They say there is a case in the court with the contractor since the last 6 months.
The ultimate long stop date is August 2011 and if they dont complete the project by that date they are liable to pay back our investment amount along with the interest.
Request all owners to put pressure on the developers to complete the project within August 2011.

    I left Lake Shore Tower, Appt 3205 in March this year. I was fed up with the constant litter and cigarette ends being dropped onto my terrace from apartments above. I am still waiting to receive the refund of my deposit. Roots land have proved to be absolutely useless so far, and now will not respond to my e mails or requests. So who do I talk to next?
