U r right dear. we were staying in an apartment in building no 63. the room was always cool. but always wet cupboards and the exhaust in the bathroom not working. Beware before start living in the rooms, get a microscope and go there and get a map of each and every corner and tiles, otherwise when u live that apartment u may need to change all tiles, all appliances. Never choose bulding no 63 please. ............

I would not choose discovery gardens! The hall ways stink. The AC never works properly! The bathrooms have a terrible smell in them at all times. The pools never open. You pay taxes and maintenance fees month but no one cares when you have a problem they do not respond or fix it. For what you pay for a studio flat you can rent a 1 or 2 bedroom flat somewhere else.

    I left Lake Shore Tower, Appt 3205 in March this year. I was fed up with the constant litter and cigarette ends being dropped onto my terrace from apartments above. I am still waiting to receive the refund of my deposit. Roots land have proved to be absolutely useless so far, and now will not respond to my e mails or requests. So who do I talk to next?
