Hi Keith. I have apartment in Bay Central and really frustrated by their work and attitude. Apartment size is less than contract states, and they still insisting in full payment. Tottaly redesigned entrance to Central Tower. Please contact me if you have a problem with them as well.

    I left Lake Shore Tower, Appt 3205 in March this year. I was fed up with the constant litter and cigarette ends being dropped onto my terrace from apartments above. I am still waiting to receive the refund of my deposit. Roots land have proved to be absolutely useless so far, and now will not respond to my e mails or requests. So who do I talk to next?
