Hi Anju,
I believe, current rate should be around 5000/- per sqft basic. This property is not officially launched in the market. The bookings are of those who got their initial bookings in "The Meadows" shifted to "The Enclave" & so, the first two installments paid for Meadows (20%) were adjusted for The Enclave.
