Emaar MGF The Enclave is still under construction. The project consists of 3bhk and 4bhk luxurious apartments with unique amenities. The price of the flats starts from Rs 1 crore on-wards.

Hi Sameer, As far as I know the expected possession date is by 2014.

But the builder agreement to sell gives the date as end of 2012 (including the 6 month grace period)
