Approvals for Krishvi Gavakshi?

Q: Are all the approvals for Krishvi Gavakshi in place? I am looking for the 4,5th pent house.

I still don't know if the approvals for 4th/5th floor pent house is there. Did you verify if the approvals for 4th/5th floor pent house is there and is as per the floor plans on their website?

For more then 50 feet hight of apartment we need BDA approval. Flat has total 6 floors (2 for Bottom Pent and 2 for 2BHK and 2 for top pent). I was asking them for below 50 ft how they will achieve with 6 floors. They dont have BDA approval as well, so i need to sit with them and verify everything before booking.
