Pent House at Krishvi Gavakshi
Q: Did anyone booked a penthouse (4/5th floor) at krishvi gavakshi. Is the approval for the same in place? Will there be any problem taking home loan for a pent house? I spoke with HDFC/LIC/SBI and they said they need to check with there legal teams for pent house specially. Kindly advice.

Latest Answer: I am planning to book pent house in Krishvi. Someone told me that 10% deviation approved by BBMP commissioner. Is it correct. Also as Krishvi claiming they have deviation less than 5%, do they have mentioned somewhere in the Agreement or any legal paper?
