Q: I liked the project, but when I asked about date of completion there was no clear answer. The marketing executive at the project site mentioned maximum 2 years with penalty clause of 8% is delayed more than 1 year. But when I contacted there head office in Domlur, he mentioned that on agreement they will put the project completion date to be August 2013 Plus 3 months grace period and are not sure about the penalty clause at all.
I am confused as they refusing to commit anything on paper. If any of you have booked what response you got from them ?

Did you booked a pent house at Krishvi Gavakshi? There seems to be discripancies in the approved BBMP plan and actual floor plan? Did you verified this? I have booked a pent house and still trying to get correct BBMP approved plan for a pent from Krishvi.
I have already booked one flat with Krishvi in Gavakshi. They have mentioned 18 months initially then 2 years and now when i see the agreement copy it mentioned 3+ years. There seems no penality clause in the agreement and i am not sure what to do now. They are asking for agreement at earliest and also send me communication that they can cancel my booking. I am not able to finalize and i dont want to rush with 70 lacs of investment. I am thinking for cancellation but i would like to take more advise on the same.
On booking time they have promised for 18 months to two years.In office they are not ready for any negotiation on period, apart from that office people are not customer friendly, no proper team to communicate, everything owner decide and execute, so i am worried in booking, kindly advise
4. I am confused with the various version of the floor plan which i have seen with the varying size of the bedroom, please let me know the final version of the plan and request you to attach the same with the agreement.
Floor plans shown in the webpage is the final.
5. Please clarify the point as mentioned in the agreement regarding the completion of the project, 3 years is for the entire project or for the phase one.
OK Occupancy Certificate is the new amendment at BBMP

My comment : I would suggest everyone to ask for approval of the fifth floor and they dont have proper ans to it hence
I have sent the following question to krishvi, pls chk the response from them
1. Regarding the approval for 5th floor.
Ans: To revert back .
2. In the sanction plan and as mentioned about the amenities in the separate mail, please let me know the area allocated and the location for the children play area as its not clear in the sanction plan or in the master plan.
Ans : Kids play area just adjacent to Landscape.
my comments : they have just 15 ft length area for kids to play
3. As per the sanction plan for the distance between the two building is almost 50 ft where as talking to the marketing and looking at the master plan it looks to be 30 ft, i may be wrong on this please clarify.
Ans: We shall look into it and revert back.
