9 I have recently decided to purchase a flat in Concorde Manhattan as for me the location in most ideal. A friend of mine already owns a flat over there and she seems pretty happy with the place. Initially there were some teething problems but all seems to be well under control now. The location and the rates suit me perfectly. Am going ahead with the purchase as I am satisfied with it.
