Yes. They are scaring people saying that they intend to scrap the project so that all of us agree to pay them more. Even if we agree there is no guarantee that they will construct as their own money is not involved (buyers, bank loans, market)

When every one has squeezed us dry of the last paisa we have in our pocket and also given us 5th degree torture on the way. It is a crime to book any under-construction property and trust is the worst kind of mistake here.
