When will we get possession of our property booked in Runwal Infinity?

Q: I have booked flat in Runwal Infiny B-803 in 2005. It is now high time that no decision is made about the issue. All of us who have invested our hard earn money in this property will be very greatful if we get some positive result asap.

Hello Everyone
I am Pravir and I have one of the flats as well. Has any group been formed to deal with this nuisance? What about our funds being stuck with the developers and also what about the cost of funds? We must legally fight it out. I have had the developers contacting all deemed owners to sign a contracts rescinding the earlier contract of sale and getting into a new one. Which is grossly unfair. Please guys, contact me in case there are any updates.

In January i read in TOI that Developer Runwal Group had obtained civic permission to commence work on its Mulund property, Runwal Infinity, in 2005. It had purchased a 10-acre plot which belonged to Rallis India. Construction started and skeletons of 5 towers came up before work stalled.

Hi Dev,
You don't that the land has been declared a private forest. The developer has cancelled the 700 flats booking while others were put on hold. Now, they have received a green signal from the apex court but don't know when is the project going to start.

Hi.. You all can lodge a case against the builder regarding the same.. Why getting more harassed?? It is better to send him some kind of legal notice and pay for compensation..

Hi Sujata, I can understand how it feels as even my husband is trying hard to get possession of the flat.. But everytime the builders have one or the other excuse. I think we all can meet up and form a group and force the builder to hand over the project asap!
