I am abt to take Legal action on Runwal Infinty, Lets get together ?
Q: Myself Hansraj Thengal, Even I am Runwal Infinity Customer, I recieved a phone call from Runwal Infinity office and they are demanding the Present day per sq.ft rate for My Flat. My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.
1) A company named Echofab has purchased 24 flats in building A1. Has filed a case in Bombay High court. 2) About 20 buyers in A1 have filed a consumer case in NCRDC, Delhi and a criminal case in Mumbai against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 3) About 22 buyers have filed a complaint in MahaRERA and have gone into appeal in the MahaRERA Appellate tribunal against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 4) May have taken stay orders.

Hello Rajedh and Hansraj . Am Pravir live overseas but own a flat there. I just got off a call with Runwal and have another call tomorrow abt Infinity project. We must join hands and sue them for damages and mental harassment. There is a value depreciation of the property and also charge them interest for all the years they held on to our monies. They should know the value of a contract agreement signed before. They cant expect us to pay more than the contracted sum.
I too own a flat in Runwal Infinity. Rajesh share you number. Mine is 9004928172. They harassing customer on there terms it seems. We need to take hard stand

Hi Hansraj, I'll be happy to join hands. To me, he has not even given any options other than just returning money with simple interest equivalent to bank interest.
Mr. Mansoor Bithal.... The Executives of Builders say that Builder requires funds to begin with the Construction n so is demanding to pay the Balance amount in time period of 2 months. The executive also says that the Builder will only start the Consturction if the Sufficient amount of Money is Recieved from the Customers. The Most important factor U need to be Careful abt is Builder is Personally calling all the Customers for the Meeting in Puts forth an Agreement n they Purposely dont explain all the Clauses to U saying "This agreement is just regarding the Discussion" n they had a Clause Insterted which says U wont take any further Legal action on the Builder in any circumstances. And When I demanded a Copy of that Agreement they Refused to give me a Copy n nither did they allow Me to take a Photo of that agreement in Mobile phone.
So I request U all to Please Read to Documents properly before U sign it as these Executives r Misguiding the Customers abt agreements.

Hi Hansraj!! It is illegal to ask for the current per square foot rate from the existing customers and your legal adviser is right. You can send a mail to the builder and ask for the reason of current day rate. If you are not getting any satisfactory reply then file a case against the builder.
