Q: Would like to know any idea about when are they going to start the registration. Have already paid 20% around 2 months back and i haven't heard from them.

I just spoke to the Casa Rio guys and they said the registration process will start by March-11. The excavation work has been started for Casa Rio - River Dale and digging and plinth work for Casa Rio- River Retreat. What is the overall registration charges for you.

Thanks a lot Mahesh. That's a good news. Infact, a week ago, i've written them a mail asking the status and explanation for delay. That time they mentioned excavation activity has been started and they'll finish off some buildings by Dec 2012.
Lets hope for the best

Hi Naveen & RC.

Parking charges is discussion matter, though illegal for builder to charge, they can recover that cost from multiple ways..just ignore it, its waste of time - it's his property he is developing & is selling at his terms.

regarding construction activities, they have initiated & I have personally seen work happening at site.

I am also being told flat registration will start from Dec 2010 & proposed completion is by dec 2012.

Check on this link, which speaks success of Casa Rio in terms of heavy bookings.

Dear RC,
Thanks a lot. No. i have not yet paid the parking money, although i have got an allotment letter from them long back.
I really don't know whether i should pay the parking fee, as they are demanding payment to third party agency and as far as i know, builder can't charge for the parking lot (as per the govt rule). Really confused and don’t know what to do.
Really wondering when they'll finish the project, as they are yet to start the initial construction activities as you are rightly pointed out they are yet to get some clearances from Govt and land owners (NOC) from farmers.
I’m and NRI and I’m really finding difficult to follow-up with them as they are just passing the bucks here and there over the phone.

Hi Naveen
The registration has not started yet as far as I know.However they have issued Allotment letter to those buyers who have paid the parking money (in Black :)).However the parking money is now included in the price itself for new buyers.

So if you have paid the parking money you need to ask for allotment letter first and then probably for registration.It seems they dont have all the necessary approval from the authorities yet resutling in delaying the process.
