Q: The sales guy insisted that the 54K booking amount is refundable... i did not pay the amount but did fill the application form... thankfully took a xerox copy and read that "the amount shall stand forfeited in case of cancellation" so that means he was lying to me on my face,, was looking for fairfield C .,,, any other cases like this one,,,

currently in the negotiation process with a sales person...he did the same with me...put a lot of pressure to pay Rs 54k...he told me that he will not deposit the cheque...you can call me at 77385-40310

    Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges
