Q: The sales guy insisted that the 54K booking amount is refundable... i did not pay the amount but did fill the application form... thankfully took a xerox copy and read that "the amount shall stand forfeited in case of cancellation" so that means he was lying to me on my face,, was looking for fairfield C .,,, any other cases like this one,,,

Latest Answer: currently in the negotiation process with a sales person...he did the same with me...put a lot of pressure to pay Rs 54k...he told me that he will not deposit the cheque...you can call me at 77385-40310
