Hi Prad,
Actually, i have pulled out of this one due to some personal constraints that came up after i gave booking advance, but i do agree that the rate is a bit on the higher side .....

Sivaram, since u r an owner here, could you please start by sharing your ideas? I'm a potential buyer. I'm sure many others would benefit from your experience.
As for mine, I have started discussions and the price per sqft they r quoting currently is 3700. I feel its too high for a few reasons. 1.Infy campus is cancelled; 2.This is Sunil Mantri; 3.Completion is over 2 yrs from 2011.
