Is Mantri Premero project delayed or any issue with the project?
Q: I am planning to buy 2BHK in Mantri Premero. Before that I like to know if the project is already delayed or is there any issue with the project which can cause further delay?
As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by end of this year. Banks like SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Canara, BOI, Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas, Union Banks, IDBI, Central Bank have approved the project
Hi all, Mantri Premero is situated close to the business hubs of major IT. The project is situated on the Sarjapura Road in close proximity to prominent IT and outsourcing hubs and offers 2 BHK, 2 BHK + study, and 3 BHK flats. The project is located 1 km from Wipro Corporate Office on the sarjapur road, on the main road are coming out to be smaller projects due to high cost of land and Premero is no exception with ~253 flats in 3.25 acres.
Hi Shazad, I just found that nearby Salarpuria is over 6200 psft. Once the construction is complete, the price of Mantri will be almost same as Salarpuria (maybe Rs 200 or 300 less), so this is golden time to buy this apartment. You’d benefit from no price change in last 1 year.
Is it good to invest in Mantri Premero? Please suggest the best per sq ft rate.
Well Promit, Its running quite late. Eventually it would get completed by 2014 end, but be ready to wait for atleast an year and half. Even the best builders in Bangalore have an years delay. Assuming that property prices are going up only, it is good to invest in Mantri too.
the current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4150-5000/sq-ft. The project get’s touch competition from DSR, Saket, Mantri-Glades near Wipro. Salarpuria is also speculated to launch a new project soon near Sancity.

Location wise, its an excellent investment. I took the flat because I can go to electronic city, or bypass Wipro completely and use the road that goes to gear international.

Thanks a lot for your response. I agree that the builder is telling that they will give possession by mid 2015 but what I would like to know, what was the reason for the delay which has already happen and is there a chance of further delay?
