Latest Answer: I agree with Mr Manjunath but few other projects are also there namely Prestige Ivy Terraces, Uber Verdant, Bren Paddington and Sobha Signature which are from A grade builder.

Latest Answer: Hello Monica, I was also concerned about security features before booking an apartment in Mantri Premero. I checked the details and was quite satisfied with the security features offered by the builder. Apart from the outer boundary wall and security staff at the entrance gates 24/7, each apartment door comes with a video camera, intercom and a video door phone. That makes it all the more secure as it adds a second protective layer. I hope CCTV’s are installed once the project is ready.

Latest Answer: Mantri Premero has a good name in the real estate business and has a host of satisfied clients. I don’t know the exact reason behind the delay in this particular project but a number of people have been complaining of miscommunication. I hope the authorities disclose the exact cause to the people who have booked their flats.

Latest Answer: . As far as Mantri Premero is concerned, the project is still not complete and there are no many shops close to the Township. Once families start moving in, the number of convenience stores would increase. But you can find chemists, grocery stores and other general purpose shops within 1 to 2 Kms of Mantri Premero.
Q:We have almost in teh ifnal stages of booking a 2.5 bhk flat in Mantri Premero, Sarjapur road. I would like to know if anyone can share the reviews on the properties' legal clearance? Also , are there any issues with that project apart from it being delayed?
Latest Answer: The project is situated on the Sarjapura Road in close proximity to prominent IT and outsourcing hubs and offers 2 BHK, 2 BHK + study, and 3 BHK flats in a new and innovative concept. As far as i know there is no legal issue with Mantri Premero.

Q:Hi, My name is Vikram Rao and recently made a purchase of flat in the Mantri Premero property in Bangalore. All went well until the initial booking/ payments were made but finally when it came to a few minor modifications that were required all communications from the Mantri Premero Bangalore office have stopped.
