Hi,

I am Karthik.I have booked a flt in Phase 1.As of now 2 Phases are gonna get complete . Distcnce is a definite drawback ,
but the price is nominal compared to the flats in and around SIPCOT(Considerng the facilities/ambience proposed). OMR is flooded with a lot of
apartmenets these days and it sure is definitely confusing what to opt for. I would personally give a lot of preference to the FACILITIES , cos any apartment in OMR is outside the city and 70-80% of the ppl buy the flats just for the investment sake. Other pluses of this place are(Recent updates)
= The are corporate concerns willing to take the flats for 1,3,5 years lease according to different slabs.It
would help the ppl who have taken the loan(Atlast EMI will be recovered :))
= Sare is in talks to get ICSEschool, Shopping complex(Big bazaar) ,and Big cinemas inside the
complex(Not confirmed yet :( ).
= Residents will get free transport from OMR to chennai(guess till ADYAR) - Special Volvo buses and

Hi,
I have booked 2 BHK flat in PHASE II of DEWY Terraces with Rs. 2275 per sq.ft. It has a good appreciation within 2 years. No issues in it. Before had a sale agreement i have verified the mother document and other related processes. If any queries, contact selva - 98847 37309.
Hope all the phases will be completed at the most 3 years. After had a bypass road near by the area, the area and its sq. ft will increase tremendously. Hurry to book the flat in it phase III starts now..PHASE III Sq. ft rs. 2300 /- only. If you are going to start booking, please have a call - 98847 37309. I have purchased a flat with dewy terraces, OMR. But i really dont know about the prospects. As far as I knew the rate is quite high. Right now I am about to cancel the deed. Because many apartments with comparetively cheaper price has been proposed before siruseri IT Park. Better to for those apartments. Please share your views. Email id: marinerpartha@yahoo.co.in
