Q:I bought a apartment here, but skeptical about future progress. Builder says Japanes township is starting, OMR bypass is coming and many goddies are hapenning in near future... I am not sure..looking for expert openions..

Don't go with this builders ... one of the worst builders in Chennai... I bought house five years ago... till now hand over not happened.. better choose some professionals builders.
