Is SARE Dewy Terrace, OMR, Chennai project good for Investiment? Is OMR bypass coming soon at this property?
Q: I bought a apartment here, but skeptical about future progress. Builder says Japanes township is starting, OMR bypass is coming and many goddies are hapenning in near future... I am not sure..looking for expert openions..
finally 3 months ago the bypass road at Padur and this month in Kalavakkam has stated by ground leveling and dumping tons of sands , time to time Dept of Transport person measuring here and there.. so something going on.. we can hope and get something around 2020
Don't go with this builders ... one of the worst builders in Chennai... I bought house five years ago... till now hand over not happened.. better choose some professionals builders
Nothing happened in the last two year based on your conversation date, there is nobody coming for rent as there are more than 1000 houses are available in the community
What is the latest news on OMR bypass? I have not heard anything on this OMR bypass for the last two years. Has the work started? Is it worth to invest there now?

Some version of talk is , the thiruporur bypass was dropped long ago , even I too have a flat invested thought less .
You can buy a Villa for flat cost where You can choose your land and as per your plan will get approval and start to construct and hand over with in 6 months and it is a independent villa not common wall sharing. Just 150 mtrs on road site sorrounded by well developed banks and super markets, insititutions and schools and bus stop.
As You feel its away from main area and access of transport is not there. I do agree. You can plan to near Padur on road site is very prompt and convenient for all. Interested call 9962273852

OMR Bypass Phase 2- The State government has authorized Rs. 260 crore towards land procurement for the extending of the second period of Old Mamallapuram Road. Stage II of OMR, which is as of now a four-path stretch with a middle, will be enlarged into six paths.

At the time of booking (token) - 50000/-,
With in 15 days - applicable booking amount less amount paid as token,
With in 30 days from booking- 20% of BSP+20% of allied charges less booking amount,
With in 60 days from booking- 30% of BSP+30% of allied charges,
On completion of plumbing, flooring & tiles- 10% of BSP+10% of allied charges,
On offer of possession- 10% of BSP+10% of allied charges.
