Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ? How is the locality of the project ?

@Jackie: Banks such as HDFC, AXis, LIC, SBI have approval for home loans in this project. It also has Ceramic tiles 2ft. above the counter and oil bound distemper in pleasing shades in the balance area.

@Jackie: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk is around Rs 20 lakhs onwards for 604 sq ft, for 2bhk is around Rs 28 lakhs for 917 sq ft, and for 3bhk is Rs 38 lakhs for 1261 sq ft.

Hello Priya, the expected completion date will be by oct 2016. The project is located OMR, Thiruporur. Thiruporur is located on Old Mahabalipuram Road and is flanked by Kelambakkam on one side and Alathur Pharmaceutical Industrial Estate on the other side. It is a very good locality.
