Q: I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I SHOULD PAY THE PAKING SPACE MONEY AS IT IS TO BE PAID TO THIRD PARTY AS THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL GIVE THE ALLOTMENT LETTER AFTER I PAY THAT MONEY

Alternatively, if you do not need a parking slot, you can inform them and they will process your allotment letter without the parking money.

Yes ,They do ask parking money as black money towards third party.only when u pay the amount they will send allotment letter.However in the newer bookings the parking charges are included in the base price itself.When did u book ur flat?
