Status Of project

Q: HI We have bought a Flat in Orchid Island as we are not India can somebody please update about the project status.

According to the reports in the newspapers in the last 2 months (Jan - Feb '12), the DTCP has cancelled the licence of Orchid Island for non payment of EDC etc ... The real status is yet unknown and unclear. People who have already paid up 60-80% of the price are now confused about the future of this project.

Status is quite good and satisfying , as of now , I went last week , Phase one construction is almost half done and phase -2 is going on fast .Sample flat is almost ready.
