Q:The RWA in Orchid island society is one of the most inefficent and most ineffective body.They resort to cohersion to collect welfare funds from the tenants.If you are shifting from the complex they force you to pay Rs 2500 as welfare fund, and if you dont pay they do not allow your truck to move out of the complex. These laws are unilaterally passed by few members, without the knowldge of other members of the society.This practice of charging transfer fee is against the law, and should be stopped immidiately..Otherwise time will come when you will find it difficult to find tenants and buyers.Their accounts to my knowldge are never audited.No one knows how this loot is being spent and on what?Elections have not been held since the last two years.

Q:I visited Orchid sector 49 to visit the some property for purchase around 10:30 am.bur Orchid guard supervisor misbehave with me with arguments and they does not have sense how to react with new person or guest so I dropped my plan to purchase here.It's a bad experience.

As per the conversation made with their executive, i found that the project has completed and they are offering possession for that. No fresh booking is going on. If you had any units and getting trouble you can directly visit to their office.

The blocks are still under constructionism once it is done RWA will look into power backup issue and for water they are providing enough water. I am concerned about the play area for the kids there is no PARK but it is mentioned in the amenities.
