Q: The project was expected to be delivered in Dec 2012 but there is no update from the builder.....any idea about the revised completion date

Hi Anil even i have booked the flat, but the project is still under construction. You can join the owner's group of Orchid Island, Sector-51, Gurgaon to have a proper idea of the possession date.

The project has completed and they are offering possession for the property. If you have any problem regarding the possession or registry you can direct contact their office.
