STAY AWAY FROM PRUKSA....
They donot give a villa but four walls.
They donot give concrete ceiling but made of gypsum wood.

They will not cover utility and even you are not allowed to cover it.

you cannot change the floor tiles or kkitchen tiles. they will not allow it. they say once you register and take over the villa, dif up the flooring we have given and put your fflooring.

Hi,

The builder is a listed firm in Thailand. They are very transparent and provide very good follow through support during your evaluation process. Please speak to their respresentatives at their office on ORR.

Hi Kosuri,

Pruksa is a Thailand based company and as far as my experience talking to them, I feel they are very transparent. Documents wise too they have made sure that they have all the approvals in place. You can trust them.
