Is the price point for the Villa justified??
Q: Hi, I like the Villa project overall. My key concern is, if the current quoted price points (60-62L) excl. VAT & Registration justified for this project, given the low cost technology used and livability being atleast 3-4 years away?? Regards.

Latest Answer: I think the price is reasonable, given the quality, transparency of the company. Also, there are many other projects by other major builders coming up in the vicinity, which will make this project livable sooner.
