Q: I had booked flat in casa rio and was commited the completion by mar 2011. What is the current construction status?

ALL IN DARK, THEY TAKE 10-25 LAKH FROM EACH AND PRLONG IT ANOTHER 5 YEARS, IF THEY CANNOT CONSTRUCT, THEN THEY REFUND THE MONEY. IT IS LODHA'S TACTIS TO LIVE WITH PUBLIC MONEY. THEY USE PUBLIC MONEY 100S OF CRORES. LODHA IS NO.1 CHEATER, ONCE U PAY, THEN U R IN THEIR TRAP

In the Allotment letter it is clearly menttioned that the pocession willl be given after two years of registration (for most of the blocks, registration not yet starteed). It may extend for another 1 year (maximum). So it is expected the project will be completed by end 2013
