building material and water seepage in Concorde Manhattans EC

Q: Today I have liked a flat in concorde manhattan Electronic city. I liked the area and environ there. But I found most of the flats has the water seepage problem. I could see some wet marks at many places on the roofs. They say they are treating it through some chemicals. But I was not convinced. Can anyone tell me if this problem is serious?

the problem has been taken care of , its not that serious , i have also purchased an apartment in concorde manhattan , you can go ahead with the purchase they are taking proper measures to eradicate the problem
