Tirumnai is right..no need to panic as the flats are almost booked. I have faced no issues with HDFC..neither in disbursement nor in any of DB's project as of now (I have personally inquired Banks' stand on DB's other projects). And the project at Khar is not for sale, except for few flats, they are all for the Director's of DB or their relatives so the company is not very pushy about it...but yes Ozone is a top priority..I get a demand letter every 15 days. Hope all goes well till the end!!!

Jai ho ...I stay at khar .very close to a db project nxt to khar gymkhana . its a standalone bldg but ive seen that its taking him 5 yrs to complete the same

Hi Bindya,
Welcome to the orchid ozone. No real need to panic, as almost all the flats are booked and the developer no longer needs to look for external finance. As now they will get finance from the clients as the slabs get completed. And as of now the work at the site is at a very brisk pace.
