Question about DB Ozone

Q: Hi, have visited DB ozone & have found resale property(Investors flat) interesting. Would like to know if its good to go considering the long delay in project delivery. As Work of building 18 is still in progress. Also if we decides to go ahead then what all document needs to check before going ahead?

But, you should also keep in mind the past record of the developer. May be after buying ur unit, they will ask you for additional charges. So, be clear on all aspects. Good luck.

The project is registered under MAHA RERA and its RERA Registration number is P51700003433. So, they are bound to finish the project by Dec 2019. All the documents uploaded are clear. You can also visit the MAHARERA Website for detail information.

Hello Amey,
Here is the list of documents that need to be verified while buying a resale property 1) sale deed, 2) Building plan approval, 3) Completion or Occupancy Certificate, 4) Encumbrance Certificate, 5) Latest Tax Paid receipt, 6) Mutation deed and attain a copy of all previously registered agreements, 7) home loan documents, 8) NOC from all respective departments such as electricity or water board, and 9) Possession Certificate.
