Hello Amey, Here is the list of documents that need to be verified while buying a resale property 1) sale deed, 2) Building plan approval, 3) Completion or Occupancy Certificate, 4) Encumbrance Certificate, 5) Latest Tax Paid receipt, 6) Mutation deed and attain a copy of all previously registered agreements, 7) home loan documents, 8) NOC from all respective departments such as electricity or water board, and 9) Possession Certificate.
