Adding further to my agony, we paid up 15% of the amount @ 2 years back and were behind Hiren to get our registration done. He told us to prepare 2 DD's and would let us know, i was holding these 2 DD's with me for more than 8 months just believing his false promises that just wait we will get the registration done. Eventually i had to get my DD cancelled. Upto now they have not registered my flat and when i called them up 2 weeks back they are asking me to pay Rs 1200 extra and also informing that as your registration is not done you will have to pay now of forgo the flat. They are just arm twisting when they want. This is an S.O.S

I am a resident of Shantiniketan Phase I and I will suggest you guys make a group and go to consumer court no 1 for delay in possession (AS Kumar will give you very less amount as a compensation as we got)

If you don't do this now , you will face similar problems as we are facing. Phase I is still not completed. Poor quality of work. Water scarcity. No Bore well and thousand of problems. Please contact me for further details.
Me and my sister have signed the agreement in 2009 december and paid up 15% to KUL...now after 2.5 years the builder wants additional rs. 600 per ft to continue work or else saying you take back the money with 9% interest...this is totally unacceptable and we all are cheated...also the 8 building scheme is now made into 3 building strip...we all should come together in unity to make the builder answerable.

Sorry to hear about your problems - You are better off taking this to court or to a consumer forum - the great chairman is now the chairman of credia - and he is busy traveling all over the country and abroad promoting his fraud. You all should join , come together now and make sure Kumar Builders who is not KUL or Kumar Urban Development is made to pay for taking life savings of hard working and honest citizens. Hello, myself and My office colleague have also purchased a flat in Shantiniketan phase 2 pune. We have called so many time to Hiren(he was the property in charge when we booked the flats) however we did not get proper response from him. he always used to tell us that it will start shortly... now last week i had visited the site and I so good progress. However now they are asking more money from us.

hello guys...I am sachin and facing the same problem of delayed construction and then aksing for more money.When i bought the flat I was told that the escalation in price will be borne by the promoter, but now we are being told to pay extra which i think is not correct. So we should all come together and protest the decision, because the delay is not due to us and is their problem. Instead i am of the opinion that they should be paying us for the delayed handing over of the flat. Once again I request you all come together as our unity will be our strength in this case, alone we stand no where.

Hello, Even we have booked flat in shantiniketan Phase-II. Earlier date has mentioned Dec2012. Now these guys are saying it will take more that 1.5 yrs. Means almost Dec2013.
