Q: I currently stay in Indiranagar. I am looking forward to buy a 2 BHK flat. I came to know about Keerthi Gardenia from a colleague of mine. Can someone give me the details about the flat if any flat is available for sale ?
5. The effictive Original Share of Land - for all people booking now is very less - due to the fact that the share of land now alloted includes the 10th and 11th flr. As the documents for people who booked earlier cannot be changed. 6. Both approach roads are not ready. Now there is a new fiasco of some person claiming that the entrance from the Sriram Samruddhi side is his private property. 7. All the flats now available are either in the 9 - 10 -or 11 floor - a part from some in the 1st floor. ( Sq ft rates higher )
Based on above points we have backed out on our plan to book KG. Else the project looked great!
3. The plan - through and through is for 9 floors - and now they are constructing 11 floors for which they still haven't got approvals. The dig is for 9 floors - and they have just increased 2 floors - with higher load bearing bricks. Scary 4. As of today - the 3rd floor of Tower 1 - A & B are over - doubt that the building will come up by March 2013. They have to build in neck-break speed. Amenities look to be ready by 2014 end - post tower 2 - blocks c d and e.
We had paid the money and blocked the flat - but backed out due to the following reasons - discussed with all in detail -
1. Keerthi Gardenia does not have any late delivery/ handover clause - whereas all builders around have - Soneata Meadows ... Sumudhara ... 2. High Tension wire - in a location above the Tennis Courts , Play area and Swimming pool - whizzing throughout. Not good - and can't compromise with health - this is an investment which we are making once and cannot compromise.
Hi Mani, what we booked one in this. Here are things we considered when we made our decision. 1) High tension wires are away from the flats and they don't go over any amenities. It is the same effect as having these wires next to Apt boundary. 2) The quality I don't say its very good but I say it is decent compared to other similar builders. If you need high quality then surely you have to go for top tier builders and have to pay high. 3) Good amount of open area and amenities. 4) There is another approaching road from Kundanahalli Signal which is tared and decent. If the other road gets done then it is a plus but otherwise no issue in connectivity.

I approached the site via a road after sriram apartment and the road is in torrid condition. I heard from the marketing team that there's a plan to develop that road and connect to Munnekolalae. I am not sure how far this is true. I saw the HT wire running right on top of the site and not sure what kind of effect it might have. I asked about the land dispute and they told that its resolved and every thing is in shape now.
