Roads to Keerthi Gardenia

Q: Hi, have booked a 2bhk flat in wing E yesterday. There are two roads to take you Keerthi Gardenia. One is Via VIBGYOR School and another is via Kundanagalli-gate-signal.

My question is why VIBGYOR road is laid Tar?
(below question may be silly but still)
and any litigation where public-people asking for public entry from VIBGYOR gate to another?

May be since there is school they do not want traffic to increase in that route.. And that's the reason laying tar is either stopped or kept on hold..

Hi Balasubramaniam, I think the school authority has to request for laying tar in that route..
